Shipping policy

Shipments will be arranged by Aurumroma ( Brancus srl) Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.

Aurumroma ( Brancus srl) ships all over the world with DHL or other courier 

It is important that you insert an email address and a phone number correctly when you place an order.

The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important that you insert a correct email address when placing an order.

N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after placing it.

Deliveries will be effected Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00. 

Aurumroma ( Brancus srl) is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Aurumroma ( Brancus srl)

During promotions there may be delays in immediate shipping.

ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AFTER THE DISPATCH DATE

EU: 1-3 working days

USA, Canada 5/8 working days (may be a few days more depending on Customs)

Australia 6/10 working days (may be a few days more depending on Customs)

Rest of the world: 6/10 working days (may be a few days more depending on Customs)
